Headache Relief

The majority of headaches are attributed to a constriction of blood vessels and growing tension in the muscles of the jaw, face, eyes, and neck. When you take a pill, the blood thins, allowing it to flow more freely through these constricted vessels and temporarily numbing the nerves sending the pain sensations. Many of these pills can cause physical damage or interfere with other medications and foods. Also, a good break from what you are doing, a massage, a nap, and other measures could be taken to ease a stress headache. But what about those of us who experience headaches frequently or consistently or those of us who can’t or won’t take pain killers or those of us who are in the minority and find our headaches aren’t related to stress and tension? What about migraine-type headaches that involve more than just our heads?

A headache is a physical phenomenon, regardless of why it originates, and its presence disrupts the healthy wave state of our brains. A return to a calmer wave state can greatly reduce or eliminate any headache.
